B-1-2 is designed to serve as an educational vehicle for career development, vocational training and college preparation. As children develop hopes and aspirations to become the next great actor, lawyer, carpenter, doctor, politician, teacher, or anything within their heart’s desire, we ensure that their dream comes to fruition, as they can “Be One Too”.
All program activities center around the provision of information regarding the specific interest of each individual child, to include employment duties and responsibilities, requested training, required certifications, compensation, and/or collegiate courses/degrees needed.

In an effort to promote a reciprocal relationship, foster personal growth, develop communication skills and teach business etiquette, each student will be linked with a professional in the community at large. Such is to be structured as a workshop/presentation, educational field trip or on-going work based learning experience.
