Innovative Skills Development, designed to build stronger students, schools, and businesses!

iSKILLS, LLC was created in 2016 and has been initiated in  an effort to serve as an integral tool in the development of academic, personal, professional, communication, emotional, and social skills. The company began as a skills development program for school-based children within grades 3 - 12 and quickly gained district wide notoriety for academic gains, as well as, reduced behavioral infractions among those students participating. As a result of student success, teacher assistance, parental guidance, and community support, the program was recognized for Outstanding Environmental Contributions by the Fulton County Citizens Commission on the Environment. 

 

As the need for specialized services extended beyond the school, parents are also granted the provision of workshops/presentations designed for parental skills building. Currently, parents are supported with information regarding educational advocacy, special education eligibility and appropriate provision of services, social/emotional strategies for success, academic interventions and/or services, as well as, the provision and guidance to secure community based services.

While working with the community, iSKILLS, LLC has developed unique partnerships which foster the ability to provide assistance to residents throughout several cities. Our company also provides training opportunities for businesses to enhance areas such as effective communication within the workplace, systematic analysis to address productivity, as well as referrals to companies providing dynamic training opportunities regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
